根據一項對北歐斯堪地那維亞地區高階主管所做的調查報告顯示，一般B2B企業銷售成功最重要的因素對消費者的了解程度。而在如軟體或系統整合、顧問、或需與客人維繫長期關係的「複雜型銷售」產業中，「組織團隊合作」卻是最重要的因素，為了要提供完美的產品，就必須整合組織中各部門的專業人才，彼此協助與合作。

七大趨勢推向創新的未來

科技的變革－由排他性到民主化
過去，科技用品的特性包括昂貴、稀有、為少數人持有、僅能運用於少數特有之處與有疏離感；但在科技變革之後，則成為容易獲得、多數人均有能力購買的用品。「稀有」，轉變為俯拾皆是，而網路串連技術，拉近了人與科技之間的疏離感。

未來世界的人口數將由成長走向停滯，年齡層將由年輕化走向成熟或老化；人口分布將由鄉村集中於城市，由北邊向南邊遷移。這些改變產生幾個需要思索的問題：老人年金等社會福利政策是否需重新規劃、城市的交通問題如何解決、中東或北非人口是否將往北遷移、當嬰兒潮世代逐漸褪去，是否將有一批新世代起而代之？
價值的轉變－由需求到慾望、由被動到主動
未來，個人對價值的定義將改變。就個人風格而言，人們不再被動接受生活，而是主動選擇生活方式，並培養出獨特的個人特質；由單一個的「我」，發展出多種不同的「我」。而過去遵循既定傳統的態度，也轉為追尋短暫樂趣的心態。

未來，權力國家將由西方轉移至東方，如中國或印度；過去像美國一樣的「老大哥現象」不再，取而代之的是更多的「小老哥」；而政府的權力亦將下放至人民。所謂的「大眾」傳播也將轉為「小眾」行銷；影響企業運作方式的，也將由企業老闆轉向消費者。
觀念的轉移－由機械式走向生態發展
未來觀念的移轉，將從機械式運作轉為更豐富的生態式發展。企業變成一個更像由顧客所型塑（User-developed）的組織，例如知名的照片網站Flickr。簡言之，企業組織掌控不再，將走向自我發展；在生產上，也將轉為鏈結各種資源的合作生產，並且從創新走向「創意解決」。世界不再是倚賴智者的灼見，而是更傾聽群眾的智慧。
策略的改變
最後則是策略的改變，策略的擬定過程也將由單一思維走向多元的願景與行動。

They sell mainly the cutting tools of the alumina system and Silicon nitiride system in the ceramic cutting tool market. The one of the alumina system has a disadvantage that it is weak to the characteristic of the impact, although it is excellent in abrasion resistance, so one of the Silicon nitride which has excellent mechanical and thermal properties has been developed recent years and be input the market of the world.

Generally, TiC-Ni based alloy is called Cermet,which is one of the kind of cemented carbide.
It was pointed that the cutting performance of TiC based Cermet is inferior in comparison with WC-Co bsed cemented carbide at the beginning of the marketing,.

The Cemented carbide is the complex alloy by sintering the carbide particle of 2a, 3a, 4a tribe metal (Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta, Cr, Mo, W) of the periodic law table, using the iron tribe metal (Fe, Co, Ni) as the binder. These carbide are excellent in oxidization resistance with the high fusion point and high hardness.

The cubic Boron Nitride which has the hardness and thermal conductivity after the diamond has small reactivity with the iron system materials and is more excellent in the chemical and thermal stability than those of the diamond.

The characteristic of mechanical and themal properties of cBN are influenced largely by the kinds and addition quantities of the binders that are used in the case.
Polycrystalline type cBN has an excellent characteristic for cutting tools to machine the cast iron and heat resisting alloy, and the composite type cBN has one to machine the quenched steel. Making the most of such a characteristic cBN is used to the high efficiency cutting tool of the iron system hard material such as automobile parts such as the engine block and gear, shaft, bearing.
