| 【技術内容】 |
| フライス削りは切れ刃を回転させて加工するため、刃先は被削材に接触、非接触の繰返しとなり、非常に早いサイクルで過熱・冷却される。 この繰返しの熱疲労により、また高速で被削材とぶつかる衝撃により、通常は、旋削よりは工具寿命は短い。切屑は各切れ刃ごとに分割されるから、切屑が連続 するための作業の困難さはない。 |
