QYZ-40W 深孔钻系统 适用范围广，安装方便灵活，操作简捷。可配置在镗床，车床，铣床，加工中心上。轻松实现普通机床加工深孔。以下简单介绍几种配置方法。
1、 车床配置方案
有两种方法可供选择：
工件旋转；
如工件是回转体零件，要加工的孔为同心孔，则工件旋转为改造的首选方案。
具体做法是（见图）：
将工件用机床三爪卡盘夹持，如果工件较长则需中心架支撑。刀具固定在四方刀架或者中托板上。由机床主轴带动工件作旋转运动，进给运动由大托板提供。这种方式的优点是：配置最为简捷，成本也较低。
但也有它的局限性：机床主轴转速通常情况下不会超过2000转/min,对于小孔径钻削，机床主轴转速往往达不到加工要求。另外最小进给速度通常比较大，为0.04～0.06mm/r。而小孔的深孔加工要求进给速度较低。以45＃钢Φ6mm孔为例，要求进给0.015mm/r；主轴转速2450r/min。所以，在小孔径（≤10mm）深孔加工中受到限制较大。
加工前须用机床尾座加工引导孔。
刀具旋转：
和工件旋转相比较，刀具旋转有更高的适应性。无论是同心孔还是偏心孔，无论孔径大小，都可以在普通车床上得到较好的解决。
根据实际情况设计工装（可由我公司代为设计），将工件固定在机床中托板上。并可以设计导向套安装在工件前端面，引导深孔钻进入。此种方法不需在深孔加工前加工引导孔。大大提高了加工效率。
刀具的安装可根据工件的实际情况选择方式：机床转速和最小进给量都能满足加工要求时，旋转夹具锥柄直接安装在机床主轴锥孔内。刀具安装在旋转夹具上。机床主轴通过旋转夹具带动刀具作旋转运动。进给运动由大托板提供。
如果机床主轴转速和最小走刀速度都不能满足加工要求，可以考虑加装主轴增速器来调整。主轴增速器增速比为3.81，加工小孔时，机床主轴经增速后，几乎可以满足所有孔径的加工。同时，机床的最小走刀速度也降低了3.81倍，加工范围更广。主轴增速器安装非常简单，增速器的锥柄安装在机床主轴锥孔内，旋转夹具锥柄安装在增速器输出轴内，刀具同样装在旋转夹具内。
2、 镗床配置方案
镗床配置方案和车床配置中刀具旋转方案是相同的。
