背景技术: 目前，我国的转炉氧枪为直型，氧枪枪身为三层钢管组成。氧枪在吹炼时，枪身部位经常沾满钢渣。全国各转炉炼钢厂，都已普遍采用了溅渣护炉技术，为了达到良好的溅渣护炉效果，在炼钢的过程中，炉渣就要造得有一定的粘稠度，并且要加入“溅渣球”等含氧化镁及其他熔点较高的材料，对炉渣进行调质处理，炉渣的粘渣效果好了，吹溅到转炉炉衬上，才能达到保护修补炉衬的目的。
由于炉渣较粘，在吹炼过程中，氧枪外层钢管就不可避免的粘附钢渣。如果不能及时将其清除，随着吹炼炉数的增加，氧枪上的粘渣会越来越厚，清理很危险，另换氧枪又会影响炼钢成本。
解决氧枪粘枪的最好方法是采用锥体氧枪，锥体氧枪靠近喷头的下部枪身呈锥形，上粗下细，钢渣粘不住，喷溅在枪身上的钢渣，顺着锥形枪身，自行滑入炉中。为了保证锥体氧枪的水冷强度，锥体部分的氧枪中层也设计成锥形。钢管的锥度越大，不粘枪的效果越好。但锥度过大，氧枪的结构又不允许。
发明内容：本实用新型的目的是提供一种多锥度锥体氧枪，针对氧枪枪身不同部位所粘钢渣厚度的不同，采用不同锥度的锥形管。
多锥度锥体氧枪，由喷头，外层锥形管，中层锥形管，氧枪内管，外层粗直管，中层粗直管，外层变径管，中层变径管，氧枪外管，氧枪中层管组成；外层锥形管，外层粗直管，外层变径管，氧枪外管依次通过焊接连为一体；中层锥形管，中层粗直管，中层变径管，氧枪中层管依次通过焊接连为一体；其特征在于：外层粗直管下方的外层锥形管是由多段不同锥度的锥形管焊接而成，自上而下每段锥形管的锥度依次由小变大。所述的外层粗直管的长度为1－2米。所述的外层锥形管的长度为4－6米，锥度小的部位锥度为20－40分，锥度大的部位锥度为40分－2度04分。
本实用新型的特点是针对氧枪枪身的不同部位所粘钢渣厚度的不同，采用不同锥度的锥形管。为了使锥形管不至于过长，在锥形管大头的上方，又设计了一段较长的粗直管，本实用新型彻底解决了氧枪的粘枪问题；避免人身伤亡事故，可提高炼钢效率3％，设备使用寿命可达到原来的4倍。
